Yates Product of the Month for July 2008 is the new Yates Tuscan pot in the fashionable olive colour.
It’s more than ten years since Yates first introduced Tuscan pots. In that time the Tuscans have proved to be amazingly popular, but Yates is very conscious of the importance of keeping the pots up to date. Last year Yates introduced the new Tuscan Edge self-watering pots. These, too, were well received but the original Tuscans, with their classic shape and functionality, have continued to retain their popularity.
So Yates is proud to be introducing an addition to its Tuscan range: Tuscan Olive.
Tuscan Olive shares all the features that have made these pots the first choice in many Australian homes and gardens. Research has found that more potted plants are killed by over-watering than drying out, so Tuscan pots all have a large number of drainage holes in their bases. Vertical ridges inside the pots add strength to their sides and help encourage roots to grow downwards. Tuscan pots can be teamed with matching saucers and come in a range of sizes: 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm. The fashionable olive shade is also found in a 250mm and a 300mm self-watering hanging basket.
Yates Tuscan pots are designed and made in Australia to suit Australian conditions. The plastic is UV-stabilised to withstand the hot Australian sun and maintain the pot in good condition for years.
